TwoWheels.gr provides vehicle rental services including scooters, motorcycles, ATVs, and bicycles in Kavos, Corfu, Greece. All rentals are subject to availability and our rental policies.

3. Eligibility and Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for certain vehicles)
• Possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type
• Provide valid identification documents
• Provide a security deposit as required

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Payment terms:

• Full payment or deposit may be required at booking
• We accept cash and major credit cards
• Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR)
• Additional charges may apply for damages, late returns, or violations

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by booking. Please contact us directly for specific cancellation terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy communicated at the time of booking.

6. Use of Vehicles

You agree to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with local laws
• Use the vehicle only for personal, lawful purposes
• Not sublet or allow unauthorized persons to use the vehicle
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
• Wear appropriate safety equipment including helmets
• Report any accidents or damage immediately

7. Liability and Insurance

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Insurance options may be available and will be explained at the time of rental. You will be held liable for:

• Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft of the vehicle
• Traffic violations and fines
• Damage to third parties or property

We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the rental period unless caused by our gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TwoWheels.gr, including text, images, logos, and design, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoWheels.gr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Corfu, Greece.
